This Vaucluse Rouge is a very high-quality country wine from the Rhone Valley. Already dark in the glass with beautiful fruit of dark forest berries. In the mouth it is wonderfully soft and with great fruit in the finish.
Produced by the Rhonéa winegrowers' cooperative, which is still quite young, this is a really great country wine. The cooperative is made up of 200 winegrowers who together cultivate their tradition of winegrowing combined with the most modern and sustainable winegrowing techniques.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested at the peak of ripeness. This ensures that the grapes retain their fruitiness. The grapes are peeled and crushed and then fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks. Strict control of temperatures and all other parameters during fermentation results in a lively wine with great fruit.
