An exceptional rosé with strong aromas of forest fruits and dark berries. The wine is 100% varietal.
This grape variety was named after the famous 140.5 carat diamond. Louis XV wore this on his crown.
The winery Möllinger in Rheinhessen is surrounded by nature. It has a long family tradition. The wines are grown in an environmentally friendly way.
The foundation of the high-quality wines lies in the vineyards. A small proportion of fruit rods is responsible for the moderate yields. The grapes are carefully thinned by hand. Sick and immature grapes are removed. To ensure high ventilation and solar radiation, the grape zone is exfoliated. The mechanical loosening of the soils under the sticks largely precludes the abandonment of herbicides.
Packed and bottled in ecological and sustainable wineskin.
