Vino Tinto Español 2013, juicy fleshy red wine, matured for 3 years in wooden barrels and especially ecologically packed in the wooden box as an "afterglow".
On the paths through European vineyard landscapes you actually "stumble across" a multitude of beautiful, but still very unknown vineyards, which the world-traveling wine researcher Stefan Dorst has adopted and tried to develop an interesting red wine out of it. The "Cuvée de Promenade" Español is in this case a juicy, meaty blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Baja Aragon, about 2.5 hours southwest of Barcelona in the mountains at 600m above sea level. After three years of aging in wooden barrels, it was bottled in 2017. Sustainable and ecologically produced.
Packed is this excellent wine in a 3 liter wine tube and inserted in a wooden box, the Zwitscherkasten. This makes the wine enjoyment with the red wine cuvée particularly sustainable. Drink for the benefit of nature and protect our birdlife, as the emptied box gets a new identity as a nesting opportunity.
In the wooden box everything else is enclosed, except for the wood protection, so that he can start his second life.
